Likely hood of getting a RTX 3060

So I see that coming up on Feb 25 is another sale for a sweet 30 series GPU. But without the aid of bots what is likely chance I can get one the day they go on sale? Any advice or sites I can use to check when it drops?

very low chance to get it on launch,i think its going to be the same as for the rest of the 30 series cards when they launched.
