Hi there, first post here. Hope for the best.

Started my PC one normal day but found that the usual 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wireless had 'limited connectivity'. Nothing had changed from the previous day, no one messes with the PC or the wireless settings. Every other device in the home was working fine.

Strangely though, simply using the Win 7 troubleshoot function, and applying it temporarily fixes the issue. Tried searching for a fix, reinstalling drivers among other things, but nothing is permanent. Any suggestions?

Not at all, and neither piece of hardware has moved.
I'm in the tropics (Singapore) so we don't get much seasonal changes.
