Limited Internet on Public Network

I am currently in the hospital from surgery and my laptop keeps saying limited internet access. I have had a different laptop connected to this same wifi and my phone is even currently connected with no issues. I have tried everything I can think of and find online. Please help. I am using windows 8.

try reinstalling wireless drivers or it could also be a compatibility issue with the hospitals wireless you could try disabling the 5ghz antenna as well.
