Hi,
Last week my Dad upgraded his PC to Windows 10. From that time always when he's trying to connect to wi-fi it says that is 'Limited'. Althought we tried, cmd commands, waking up adapter, buying external adapter, etc. it still won't work. All other devices in our house what are using wi-fi work just great. Sometimes it will work, but mostly it wont. I'm hoping for fast and working response, Thank you!

Solution
Were there any problems before the upgrade to Windows 10? (Just to help eliminate physical/connectivity/interference problems.)

Did you download and install the appropriate manufacturer's driver for your Dad's PC's wireless adapter?

USB Wireless adapter? Try using a USB extension cable to raise the adapter up and about for improved signal.

Also check the adapter settings and manually set the speed/duplex to match your network: No auto/auto negotiate.

Make and model of router and adapter would be helpful - especially if there is some known problem out there.....
