[SOLVED] Limiting my laptops refresh rate to 60

I have a TUF505DU-EB74 and it has a 120hz display, but I use my desktop much more often and it has a 60hz monitor but I don't have enough money to buy a new monitor, so is there anyway I can cap the refresh rate to 60 on this laptops display? The reason I want to do this is because I once played Rainbow Six Siege on my buddy's computer (with a 144hz monitor), and once I got back to mine it was really hard to transition back. I want to start playing games like csgo on my laptop but don't want to get used to 120hz. What could I do?

I tried that, it only has 48 and 120hz options. I also tried going into the Nvidia control panel, but it shows less options than normal
