Question Line In Audio Source Not populating

Hello, I have a Lenovo Windows 10 pc with RealTek HD. For Sound Recording Devices, I am not seeing a "Line in" option (disabled devices are viewable) and Sound Mixer is populated, but I need to feed audio in from a DJ mixer to stream using Line In. I've installed the latest Realtek Driver, looked at multiple tutorials and troubleshooters but cannot figure this out.

Please please help as my livelihood is dependent on this.

if u open realtek control panel, on right side u should see analog -back pannel connectors, click on it and setup line-in there

Hi, I'm in the Realtek Audio Manager and see Analog but I cannot enable or access it. Is there a separate control panel software?

I have the Lenovo Yoga 910
Intel Core i7-7500 CPU @ 2.70G; 16GB RAM

I'm using a cord that has mic in attached to the rca cables from my dj mixer; I just can't figure this out.
