lines and screens splitting

Last night when i was playing a game my screen just went nuts!

First time it was horizontal lines all over the game. pressed control+alt+delete, then same lines appeared on windows desktop.

Second time, also last night was with the screen split opposite. Again press those buttons and desktop appeared in split screen too.

Can someone please tell me what seems to cause this problems. I tried to play again this morning and the lines and split screens never appeared. Im just concerned if my video card (HD6670 bought not more than two weeks later) is causing the problem.

it could be a driver problem, jsut to make sure download the latest amd beta driver and driver fusion.

install driver fusion then uninstall the amd display drivers but do not restart.
run driver fusion and choose to clean amd drivers and restart.
install amd driver as custom install and only install display driver and hdmi driver and untick everything else, even catalyst control centre.

see if this helps just to make sure it is not a driver issue.
