[SOLVED] Lines at the bottom of the monitor

Hi guys, I have a Philips 276e9qsb / 00 monitor, I see lines as in the picture below, the problem occurs with all monitor inputs DVI, VGA, HDMI. I tried to connect a ps4 and other pc and the problem still occurs The lines change color according to the background I think it is a hardware problem of the monitor but I hope it is not.
