[SOLVED] link speed is showing 10 with Gbe port and cat7 cable

I have 2 different ethernet cables that I tested on my buddies computer and both run around 800Mbps. I have a MSI B450M PRO-M2-MAX mobo with a gig port but I've only ever received <10mbps speeds. Attached are some photos of things I thought might be relevant based on what I read online but I am not super well-versed in tech. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be forever grateful.

I've tried all the different settings in there and nothing changes. Have any other ideas?

Leave it on auto and move the unit close to the router so that you can use a short cable. You need to verify if it will EVER link at gigabit.
