Question linking my smart phone via bluetooth to my OynkoSR TX- 343

just hooked up my Moto G Pure. It hooked up immediately but the volume level is so low its useless. I was using Muzio Player App which
seems to work well and had the volume turned up.,

I have heard about problems like this and am certainly disappointed -like everyone else, I just want to play my digital music on my stereo; any reasonable way.

Any ideas?

If pairing your phone with "ordinary" Bluetooth device (headphone, speaker) provides good volume, then it's something with the Onyko' BT adapter. Is that adapter built-in, or add-on module?

hi - yes, using my hearing aids (for example) work super will, and the Onkyo is using its built in circuitry as that's the reason I just purchased it. Maybe I just got a bad deal.....
