Linksys E4200 vs Netgear x6Nighthawk

I have a old linksys E4200 router and my sister just bought me a net gear nighthawk x6. Should I keep the old router since it hasn't given me issues for the past 4 or 5 years and use the 300 dollars on something else or keep the Netgear nighthawk x6?????

First off, how many user's are using your internet connection in your household and is the reliability and speed coming from the linkys router sufficient (you have said that) but elaborate.

3 users usually. One is streaming Netflix and another watching you tube and the last person playing video games. Sometimes the wireless signal is not great and drops but for the most part it is decent

Alright, if no one is complaining in the household then save the 300 dollors and buy yourself something nice!

True. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything or maybe it would be significantly faster. But it's true if it's not broken don't fix it.
