are the linksys EA4200 and the EA4500 the same

They really look to be the same, although the claim is that the 4500 allows 450 + 450 as opposed to 450 + 300mbps wireless -- a real marketing claim that likely has no substance. All other specs look like the same device. I would opt for the best price deal on this one.
