I've heard only good things about Linksys routers.

Well, that's discounting the blantantly stupid things people do, of course.

Anyhow, you can use it right out of the box. Probably won't be perfectly secure, but good enough.

Try this web site:
<A HREF="http://www.practicallynetworked.com " target="_new">http://www.practicallynetworked.com </A>

Also try:

They have plenty of good info. I use a Netgear RT314. When I bought it last year, it was the router to have. I have not had any problems with it. There are alot of other people with it, so if you need help setting it up, there are people that can help.

The Linksys router had a few stability problems in the beginning. They may have them fixed now. I'm not a big fan of Linksys anyway.

I guess my links are not working correctly. I'm still new to this. The link added "%20" at beginning. It is suppose to be just:
www.practicallynetworked.com
and
www.dslreports.com

I too have the RT314 and love it. Really easy to set up. I don't have any experience w/ the LinkSys router so I can't really comment on it.

Catheter and Caffeine IV are in place. Let's PLAY.
