Linksys wireless router BEFW11S4 with Mac OS 10.5.8

I have a IMAC G4 running OS 10.5.8. I want to hard wire a Linksys wireless router BEFW11S4 to it and use my PC laptop and Roku player wirelessly. What do I need to install this? I only found instructions for set-up with PCs.

In my limited experience of MACs, they pick up the presence of a network and invite you to join it on first sight.
