I tested The latest from Linksys(http://www.linksys.com/gr/p/P-WRT1900ACS/)

In testing I made sure my internet connection did not have any issues and using FIOS it was just fine and works flawlessly with my Apple Extreme wifi router.

I turned off and unplugged my Apple router and plugged in and held the red reset button for 10 seconds to revert to defaults.

After setup was complete I went ahead and visited all the sites I did when using the aple extreme router. When visiting youtube the signal strength would go down by 4 bars and then would be dog slow.

The same thing happened when trying to play world of warcraft.
When Idle the router showed up as full signal strength. But doing anything serious then the signals would be almost null.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Solution
The red button being on the Linksys router - correct?

My thought is that your devices are not configured to perform with the default settings of the Linksys router.

E.g., any auto-negotiations are not working out. You may need to manually set things up. Could be falling back on older protocols.

Log into the router to check and reconfigure. Then go to each network device and do likewise. Get one device working as before and use that information to reconfigure other network devices accordingly.
