Linksys WRT1900ACS Parental Controls won't work !!!

Dear folks

Simple task can't get it work

Tried to block internet access for one my iPhone for testing purpose

Enable Parental Controls (i.e it is ON)

Choose a specific home device that I want to block then choose option : "Always" ,,,,,,,,,,,,my router screenshot same as the link above

Click Apply

But it didn't work !!!!

I have latest firmware and I did restart the router as well

Am I missing something ?

I wonder if your iphone outsmarted you and used cellular connectivity when the WIFI failed? Maybe try a laptop that has no alternate connectivity.

That phone doesn't have a valid SIM card (means won't connect to the internet) and I used different phone with cellular connectivity disabled still won't get blocked
