Which of the two is a better pick-up for me?

I am primarily on the second floor while the router will be downstairs, our house is only small ~500 sq ft. I am primarily concerned with the stability and speed of the router I'll be choosing. I don't really need anything else as long as it's gonna let my internet connection be fast and stable. I'll be on wireless connection on a desktop while playing so stability is really an issue for me.
The optimum-provided router ( The Netgear N600 WNDR3400 ) isn't stable at all:

Oh, and if it has anything to do with it, my desktop is HP Envy 700-214. It can support Wireless LAN 802.11a/b/g/n. Also, There'll be at least 2 computers and 1 laptop wirelessly connected to the router playing online games, 1 office computer that's connected through computer, and 3-5 mobile phones on the wifi at the same time (light surfing only). There won't be heavy usage on any of them except when downloading torrents/movies

Out of those two, I'd definitely go for the TP-Link. The Linksys is only b/g, and if your computer's compatible with n, you should get an n router.

I've also come across the D-Link Dir-655. I don't know if I should pick the TP-Link or D-Link now...
