Linksys WUSB6100M installation for pc without optical drive

To download the drivers for this wifi adapter i need to have an optical drive, but the pc i want to install it into doesent have one.

Is it possible for me to download the drivers on one computer and then move them to the one i want them on using an usb drive?

Yes you can download the drivers on another computer.
