In the game, or in real life? I don't think they have Linoone toys in
reality, but I could be wrong. Toys 'R' Us would probably have it, if
anyone did. Or try Amazon or eBay.

Anyway, I doubt the factory would care about your request. You need to
e-mail the toy company that designs the toys, because they're the ones
who give the toy factories orders. But even then, I doubt they'll
listen to one delusional Blaziken. A much more significant amount of
public interest is needed before they'll even consider it. Don't let
that stop you, though. You might just be part of the theoretical
millions of rapid Linoone fans demanding it's fabricated likeness that I
am completely unaware of.

Hmm... I would appear that Google is syndicating its usenet access.
Basically, what this means is that Google is allowing people to put
newsgroup posts on their websites using an automated service. An
interesting idea, but do they really have the rights to it?
