Hello, I'd like to know why i don't have any matter with the WIndows 7 install, but i can't install any GNU /Linux distro..
the pc is:
CPU: AMD APU A10 5800K 4 CORE
MB: SAPPHIRE PURE PLATINUM A85XT
PSU: Corsair GS700
HDD: WD velociraptor 250gb 10k RPM
GRAPHICS: Radeon HD 7770 Vapor X
8gb Ram amd.
When i try to boot and install any distro, after the install menu ( install, test and install, troubleshooting), the boot finds the cpu, then freezes.. this happens with every distro i try, every choice i make in the install menu.. don't know why, does anyone can help?
With " the boot finds the cpu", i mean that the boot sequence of the distro (every distro), when checks the peripherals and components, screens the 4 cores of the cpu, the 8gb of ram, and then freezes.. The hard drive is new, and it doesn't have issues, however, it shouldn't matter, because with live mode it doesn't care about the hard drive
