Linux Live CD on Blu-ray disc

hello!

i was not sure whether to post this question on Storage or Linux categories so I posted on both.

OK. so i was downloading a linuxaio iso (ex. Ubuntu with all desktop environments in one; www.linuxaio.net). it was 5.22 gb and wouldnt fit on a dvd-r. just wanted to ask if it is possible to make a Linux live cd on a Blank BD? and if yes, is the creation method same as a dvd-r? (like on Brasero)...Thanks 😀

Just put it on a USB flash drive. Or a dual layer DVD. Much easier than purchasing a blueray burner and blank bluray!

When Skittle says put it on a Flash it is not the same as burning a dvd with basero. You need to make a bootable flash with something like USB creator found in Ubuntu or Unetbootin. The flash has the advantage of easier to carry in your pocket as well.
