Linux machine can't load DNS all of the sudden

I went to sleep last night with a perfectly working computer, woke up this morning and I cannot load webpages. I can ping Google with a mere 20ms, but if I try using apt-get update it can't download any repositories. I have not messed with my network settings at all.

I'd also like to mention that this issue is happening for both my WiFi network and cellular hotspot on my laptop. I have reconfigured resolvconf, but it is not doing anything. It currently looks like this, and gets reset every time I reconnect to the network:

nameserver 205.151.67.2
nameserver 205.151.67.6
nameserver 205.151.67.34

I cannot load any IP address or DNS in my web browser either, all I can do is ping IP addresses.
