Hello,
I have an external harddive that has been converted to linux.
How can I convert back to where xp can see it?

If you don't care about the data, then use Disk Management to delete the existing partitions and reinitialise the drive. If you wish to create a FAT32 partition that is larger than 32GB, then you will need a third party partitioning utility.
