Question Lips not Moving in Half Life 2

I installed Half life 2 an Hour Ago.When i Started to Play the Game,The NPC is saying their dialogue But Thier mouth are not opening,Is there anyone Who can provide me a fix for this problem

My first thought as well and second Half-Life 2 can play on very low graphics cards. What card are you using to play game?

Maybe your card is lowering animations to help it run smooth?
