Hi.
I just got the Strix 1070 which replaced my Sapphire R9290. I was using the NZXT RL-KRX31-01 and NZXT G10 GPU Adapter to keep my R9290 cool as sapphire can be a real bitch for over heating cards. Worked like a charm.
My query is, should I put this cooler device on my new 1070?
When I installed my 1070 I noticed the fans were not spinning and I though it was faulty however I now know they only spin when they have to ! I still havent got them to spin yet when playing the games I play !
What do you think? I was going to sell my R9290 with the cooler, or should I hold onto the cooler? May I need it with the 1070 in the future?
