[SOLVED] Liquid Cooler Corsair H80i V2 Loud

So I got my new build last-week after a long wait. For the first few days everything has been perfect, now starting today whenever inside of iCue the temp hits 40 degrees Celsius even with both pump and fan on quiet mode they kick up to around 2700rpm. I have for now created my own custom fan curve. I am however, very worried as I am not a god with PC's. Any feedback or advice would actually be golden!

Can you make adjustments to the fan speed within the BIOS instead of the iCue software? (I wouldn't use iCue unless you've got no other choice)
