Liquid cooling for Thermaltake Core V1

Hi all just looking to cut fan noise down to a minimum. There will be no overclocking but the current setup is really grating. Current setup is the stock 200mm fan in front and a Ryzen Wraith cooler.

I've seen some ppl use a Kraken X42, replacing the front fan. Is that a good option, or is there something just as quiet and less expensive that will suit my modest needs? I'm shooting for "nearly inaudible" even at load. There will eventually be a dedicated GPU in this system but nothing for now.

Is there anything that actually utilizes the back fan cutouts? Looking around, it seems everyone keeps them empty.

Solution
If you go with AIO, you will get more noise since air is forced through rad which is quite restrictive, causing more noise to be heard due to the air passing through rad.
With X42 Kraken, you're looking up to 38 dB(A) from the fan. Also, add the airflow noise through the rad to it and also the pump noise as well. And if you're unlucky, air bubble noise in the AIO as well.

As far as minimizing noise in Core V1, replace your Wraith cooler with quieter CPU cooler, e.g Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 or Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4,

Both CPU coolers produce max 14.8 dB(A) if you use LNA adapter with the fan, making them one of the quietest CPU coolers that can fit in Core V1.

For rear fans, you can also go with 2x Noctua NF-A8 ULN fans since they help to move some air at very low noise 10.4 dB(A).
