My cpu before was running idle at 27-30c
Never really reached 70
I added my 2080ti into the loop.(i did a full coolant cleanout)
Now my cpu is reading 30 to 50 c idle and up to 72c on load.
My gpu never goes above 35c.
Could something be wrong with my cpu block/paste contact?

Where in the loop did you add in the GPU? I mean, either way, unless you added a larger radiator, or a secondary one, things would heat up. Ideally you'd have reservoir - CPU - radiator - GPU - radiator - reservoir.

Sounds like that was the issue. I had the same thing on my RTX 2080 when I installed my GPU block...I had to pull it and reapply paste and re-seat it. Made a huge difference.
Idk how much liquid metal to add. I dont want it to run over but i dont think I have enough.
I realized my overclock turned off thats why u was getting better temp. I added some more liquid metal but it didnt do anything
