I am using a corsair H60 liquid cooler. Am I going to get better cooling results by putting the radiator on the top of the case and sucking room temp air in through the radiator and then pushing it out back with another fan(plus a front fan intake also). Or am I not going to notice anything by just having my front intake fan and push the air out through the radiator with a fan? Thanks.

What case do you have? Does it have radiator mountings at the top? If so, I would go with woltej1's suggestion on having the air pulled in through the top, and have an exhaust fan push it out the back. That way, the air coming in from the rad, will be able to pass over some of the motherboard components such as RAM, and VRMs. Then that air will be sucked out the back. Sure, the air will be a little warmer from going through the RAD, but it will still be sufficient enough to help cools those components a bit.
