I Was wanting to do some upgrades to my computer. I recently bought a GTX 980 and a new power supply. I have also been looking to upgrade from the factory heatsink. I have a i5-4670. My question is should I go with a better heatsink such as the evo 212 or go to water cooling like the h60 or h55. Or do I just stick with the factory heatsink. I do not plan to overclock as I don't have the k version cpu anyway. Any advice would help greatly.

Well depends on work load factory heatsink is suficiant considering your not over clocking you wouldnt need water you could possibly if you like upgrade just to another air based cooling system. If it has a high work load the evo 212 is a great one to upgrade to.
If you are not planning on overclocking, than the factory heatsink should be fine. You definitely do not need to do water cooling which is used when you exceed the capability on what you can do on air.

Water cooling is great tech, but you have no need for it.

Ever hear, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it?"

Well,if your rich and can afford it with no problems,go ahead, the factory heatsink is really bad,is good but i would replace it to a liquid cooling or for more security the latest heatsink form themaltake or coolermaster.
