Can I buy no name radiators and other parts for a Cheap liquid cooling system or is the risk of buying stuff like that to high? I just bought a all in one aio cooler from fractal but I’m interested if I could build one for cheaper and maybe even better

Custom coolers are more expensive than AiOs.

Yes you can but it wouldn't be an AiO (All in One) but custom cooler. There are kits you can buy or buy them piece by piece.
AiOs are generally not customizable as all fittings are sealed.

You can absolutely build a great aio, but you will most likely not save money, even if you buy rather cheap parts.
