Liquid damage MSI fee

So someone dropped some liquid kn to my gtx 1070 quick silver from MSI and I love that card specially because it is a limited edition card... I issued an RMA order with msi and read that they could replace it but there is a fee... does anyone know how much this fee is?

Would that not be something you could very easily get from the horse's mouth? I'd imagine it's fairly high if the card has liquid damage on it and I doubt it applies to a limited edition, but this really is something you'd be better served asking MSI support.
