Liquid Helium to cool CPU?

I'm sure most of us have seen the video of liquid nitrogen 5G project. Liquid Nitrogen is -196C, Liquid Helium is at -269C. So would more cooling be able to gain more mhz? Or do you guys think the P4 CPU at 5.2ghz is the highest it could go?

I do not think it will make it go any higher when it is that low anyways.
