Liquid or Plain-air cooling?

Just about to purchase a new cyberpower machine, and they really seem to be pushing liquid cooling for some reason. It's essentially the same price as the few air-cooling options they have, so i'm wondering if there's any drawback to going with liquid for the reduction in noise level.

what are the coolers will be used in the 2 cases whether water or air cooling ?

I would go with the Thermaltake Frio as it matches any of those watercoolers in performance. Then you have nothing to worry about as far as liquid or air bubbles or a pump which could fail.

Sounds good, but what about noise levels? is it worth the tradeoff?

the v6 can handle overclocking till 4.5ghz np , if you are not going further than that don't pay more.
