List of GPU'S without external power cables?

I bought a cheap HP Pavillion with a nice monitor for $100 at a garage sale. The HP came with a A10-5700 and a 300w power supply. The integrated graphics for the CPU are literally unplayable .The power supply has no power cables for the GPU to go in so instead of buying a new PSU and GPU id rather buy a GPU that runs on PCIE power. Im honestly not looking for anything strong like a 750 TI. Roughly around the area of a GT 650M up to a 750ti. The cheaper the better as this wont be my main build, just visiting a couple times a month and maybe play some causal games like MMO's or something. I found a sweet HD 7770 on ebay for $20 but it needed a 6 pin. Feels bad man.

The best are probably the GTX 750 Ti and GTX 950. What is your budget?

950 requires 6 pin except the odd 75w version. Both the 1050 and 1050ti are significantly better than those old gpus. 1050 is usually the same price as 750ti unless you are looking used. Many of the 75w cards can have oced versions that have them so you need to look at pics. 1030, 750, 650, 740, rx 460, rx 550, 7750, r7 250.
