As for fans:

Scythe Slipstream 120mm 110CFM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185060&cm_re=slipstream_120mm-_-35-185-060-_-Product
^My fave

Scythe Ultra Kaze: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185054
Beware, that the Ultra Kaze is 38mm thick. The best if you don't mind a little more noise.

Yate Loon D12SM-12: http://www.petrastechshop.com/12yalod1cafa1.html
Popular in the WCing arena. My 2nd fave.

edit:
I was not going to put some insane Delta fans as those things are LOUD and quite expensive.

But if you really want it: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/de12pfexhisp.html
More Delta fans can be found here:

Ive used Deltas only twice, both on rads.

My favorite would have to be hyper 212+, the price to performance on it is extremely good. But if price is not a concern, here is a few links i had bookmarked:

Here's a chart at stock:

When overclocked:

Second source, a lot of different coolers:

@shadow: I've used ultra kazes in the past but I agree on them being loud. Does the 8-9 db drop in the slipstream make any noticeable sound difference? I've been meaning to change some of my fans and slipstream was actually one of my choices, though I've been hesitant due to, as I've stated, previous experience with ultra faze fans :/
Whoops and sorry at the attempted thread jacking! :)
