List your favorite CPU water blocks!

The best right now and on sale at a great price is the Swiftech XT. It's equal or so to the best Heatkiller Block, the HK 3.0. The XT mounts very foolproof and easy, but the HK wins for looks hands down. It's a bit tricky for the perfect mount.

Thats the top of the pile, no reason to dig down.

Ohh the XT comes with 1366 and 1156. No AMD mounting solutions yet.

Thanks, but I'm not afraid to dig down a little! I've looked fondly at the XT but am still willing to consider other options, thanks!

Danger Den TDX. Still pretty good but falls behind when up against blocks designed after the i7 came out.

All you need to do is spend some time on Xtreme Forums, thats where the action is. There are only three watercoolers here at Toms that stop by and know something about watercooling.

The Koolance 350 is a decent block, but very restrictive to flow. Needs to be in it's own loop. Still not as good as the XT or the HK 3.0.

Cuplex is a euro block, seen talk about it but no proper tests. You find a proper test for it, please post it. Same with the Alpha, not big in the US.

And yea the GTX should be on the list, but it's beat by the top two.

You gonna tell us why your doing this? If doing a review you should just defer to Skinnee and a few others. Don't think you have the equipment or the testing experiance or the reputation they have.

That doesn't bother me whatsoever. I have a huge pump and a huge radiator, I'll do what the readers would do and represent them.

You only need 1500 lph when you're running multiple loops from a single pump, something I'd buy multiple pumps and radiators for anyway. I'll be using the MCP-655b, which should be big enough for any single-component CPU cooling loop.

I've got a 20 footer 😀
