There are a number of streaming audio sites that provide music. They include www.pandora.com, www.grooveshark.com, and www.live365.com. Specific radio stations may have web sites too, from which you may listen to their broadcasts. www.shoutcast.com has additional stations.
Other than speakers, no additional equipment is needed.

Other than the streaming audio sites that Onus provided, if you're looking to listen in on local channel broadcasts, you're looking for a TV Tuner Card with an FM antenna. Something like this Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250 has two ATSC tuners for OTA Digital TV broadcasts as well as an FM Tuner for local radio broadcasts.
