Listen to device does not work! Problem!

Hi community,

sry for my bad spelling and grammar.

I want to run a Elgato Gamecapture HD on my PC with the Sound from my Sound Blaster Z.
The video signal works perfectly, but the sound does not work at all. I want to forward the sound from the recording device "What you here" (Sound Blaster Z) to the HDMI device under playback.

It rarely works though, but noch in general! The so called "listen to" option does not work with any combination of devices.

Are there some driver, which do not like each other? Is it a Windows 7 problem or is something else wrong? Please help me

Why n ot run the sound through the HDMI and then record it via hdmi for a pure digital signal. No need to use the soundblaster, hdmi is capable of recording video and sound.

I could run it directly through the HDMI port, but then I wouldn't hear anything on my Headset and I need to hear stuff to be able to game and stream ;-)
