My DVD/CD RW will only write to CD's now. It used to work on both DVD & CD's but now the drive only thinks it is only a CD RW. It still can read DVD's. What can I do to get the drive to write to DVD's like it used to?

Its being detected as a cdr drive? If so try moving it to a different sata port, try a new sata cable, try a new dvd burner.
