Liteon blu-ray player trouble seeing movies

My liteon ihes208 works great till the movie starts. Then I can only hear it. Any suggestions? I've got Vista 64 bit. No box popping up saying I need to update anything. Thanks!

Make sure the software you're using supports blu-ray playback. You may need to download an additional codec.
