Question Literal earthquake on my 6800HS hwinfo says everything 118.3C for a moment while in game

hi, I was playing RDR2 on my laptop, my alarm went on ringing Core Temperature from hwinfo64 says Max 118.3C. Just now as I'm writing this noticed holy cow what just happened back there in my laptop earthquake, Core Soc,APU GFX,CPU Core and all of the cores seems jumped to numbers 112,115,118 like for a second because my alarm ringed only for a moment. So I assume this is false alert? All of these thermals are in C not F. I was watching temps as always via RTSS and RDR2 was in 60fps. I was using my AMD Graphics and not NVIDIA to save power.

Is everything okay? Laptop isn't even that hot

UPDATE: All the values under CPU Enhanced seem jumped to magical numbers. Average values are around 40c, Max values 100c-118c. Thermal limit is also at 126%,

this has to be a false alert yes?
