clearly you're out your mind recommending 250x for new titles and worst you advice full hd resolution. r7 260x is having a hard time with new titles in 1080p gaming, what more a lower model. Better do your research first bro

Yeah, me and all the professional reviewers that like the card are out of our mind's...all the benchmarks that show games running at 40-60 FPS @1080 are crazy (like the one you quoted from me)

You're making a heavily biased statement just because the card doesn't run games the way you want to run them. That doesn't help the OP, or anyone else for that matter.

Oh look, here's tom's hardware best GPU's list for Feb recommending the card...

ok so you recommend this card in 1080p and as the OP wants it NO LAGGING. Try running this with far cry 4 in 1080p and with NO LAG. I guess you missed that part where OP said NO LAGGING in new titles ha? Still can't imagine a card like this being recommended for 1080p gaming. Its crazy

Yeah, and 42 FPS minimum, meaning he can turn it up and still stay above 30 fps at all times.

Also, the OP didn't specify what settings he wants to run at. You made that up.

That is a horrible PSU. If you cannot afford a new one, I would switch the GPU to a GTX 750 or 750ti.

Better to upgrade psu first before upgrading your gpu. That psu won't hold up even with 250x

My first thought was to go with an I3 but after reading, I hear a lot of opinions regarding the dual core being an issue in the near future. Maybe go with that build for now and look into upgrading to an I5 on the same board later?

Dual thread will be an issue in the near future, yes. That's why I recommend the I3 and not the G3258. I3's use hyperthreading, allowing them to run 4 threads simultaneously.

The FX chips are great value if you're willing to overclock., but I recommend intel platforms for people who aren't comfortable with overclocking and/or and/or want a long upgrade path.

As much as I dislike that PSU, it isn't probably any worse than the junk OEM's use. I would go with this, and then change that PSU, ASAP.
