I'm putting together the system I just bought, and there is very little clearance (just under an inch) between my videocard and power supply. Think this is an issue?

Case: Antec 900
Videocard: ATI Radeon HD 4870
Mobo: P6T Deluxe V2
PSU: Corsair TX750W

i'm not 100% sure but doesn't the p6t have 2 pci express slots? which one does the mobo manual say to use as the primary? it looks like the blue slot for pci express should be used and if the mobo is mounted correctly at the top of the case i think the psu should have more clearance from the gpu. i have the antec 900, hd 4850 and corsair 650 but a different mobo that (looking at the picture on newegg) seems to be set up the same and i have at least 6 inches of clearance.

Probably should have mentioned. I have 2 gpus in crossfire. So yeah, the primary one is in the blue PCIe2 slot and the second one is in the white one. The issue is the clearance between the second one and the PSU.
