Hey guys, how are ya?

So, I just bought a 2GB EVGA GTX 760, I did everything right... Drivers, Installation, bla bla bla. You know the stuff...

Everything running properly, but my entire life I used Radeon's Graphics Card and I'm kinda lost here... I have NFS MW 2012 on my Origin's account, I installed it and played it for some 15 minutes I guess. I've set everything on Ultra, except Super Sampling, which causes a huge fps drop... But seriously? Should that happen?
So, I found on the internet MSI Afterburner, I was thinking about overclock but I'm afraid, I never did it before and right now I changed the settings not using the game but, using nVidia's software. I had a significant improvement but... IDK
So, basically, everytime I install a game I'll have to change the configs with nVidia software and the game itself?
Thanks a lot.

My rig:
FX 6300
Asrock 990FX Extreme3
XFX Pro 650W 80 Plus
8GB 1866Mhz HyperX
64GB Sandisk SSD + 1TB Seagate
and the GTX 760.

Hi,
I assume that you swapped your AMD card with the Nvidia one? Did you do a clean driver uninstall? If not, I suggest you uninstall the nvidia software as well as any AMD software/driver left. Once that is clean then reinstall the driver, that should work.

What AMD card did you have before?

Thanks for answering! Sorry for the bad english by the way.
So, yeah, I sold my old Radeon to a friend and bought this GTX, and I erased my disks to perform a clean install of windows.

No problem. Is your OS and/or game installed on your hard drive?

Where else would it be installed to? :heink:

@OP, what is your actual problem?

I installed Windows in the SSD and the game is in the HD, and by the way, I had a HD 7770 from AMD.

Sorry for keep you waitin' for an answer.

I am no rocket scientist but in his specs he did mention having an SSD in addition to the HDD so I would suppose that is a viable installation location as well. Now as far as what his actual problem is, I am in the dark on that one too.
