Little help for a 150 gaming pc

So, I am working on a project: a 150usd pc. I have 3 possible specs.
Spec 1:
A4 7300
2X2gb
F2A58H chipset motherboard
250GB HDD
CM elite 350W
A case with 1 front 120mm intake
Spec 2:
Dell Optiplex 755:
Core 2 Quad Q8400
4gb ram
320gb
r7 260x (used)
Spec 3:
G3220
4GB Ram
160gb Sata I (I think)
Unknown 600W psu
H81m mobo
Bad case

Well a PSU IS included with the Optiplex, as well as the CPU and RAM

I'd go with Spec 2 because of the 260x. Spec 1 is also an ok option because the integrated graphics on the A4 is somewhat ok and the CPU is faster than the Q8400 in Spec 2.

Don't get 3 unless you can afford to buy a GPU at some point.

So what frame rate will these pcs get in CS:GO, GTA V, Battlefield 4 (all low settings)
I'm using an i7 5960x with Titan X so this is for my brother =))

Should get about 60fps if you put everything to low including resolution
