Little Help := FX 6300 ' Asus 6850 GPU too old ?

hi all. its my first post sooo , i recently purchased FX 6300 , 2x4GB Kingston Hyper X 1600mhz , Power Suply Radix VI 750 , MB - MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ , MY Current GPU ' Asus 6850 1GB DirectCU. OS Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit , im running the cpu at 4.3ghz 1.376-1.384v , my question is is my overclock safe temps wont go above 60%. im tryin to play 1080p games on high or mid high. but sometimes in games like skyrim or guild wars 2 my fps drops like 40 , to 30 , what GPU can u recommend for like 200 euros that can increase my gaming perfomance. cheers.

yeah but its over 300euros cant spend more atm need something like 200Euros max, its not a prank just checked few spanish online shops and is like 350 ,340 , 360 euros.
