Little help please

Hello guys,
I have trouble choosing between a P4 560 3,6 LGA775 processor with ASUS P5AD2-E Premium mainboard and a A64 with Asus SLI mainboard. Could you please give your opignion about what is best to choose/buy?

Where that P4 really shines is best impersonation of a baseboard heater. If you want to look at P4s at all, check out the 600 series. They are still too hot, but at least they are 64 bit capable.
