Planning to get a 4670k and a ASRock Z87 Pro3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard, and i thought i'd ask you guys to list some disadvantages and advantages, and maybe suggest some better, yet not so expensive parts if you know any. If you dont know any better parts just list the adv and disadv :)

Solution
Not sure it would probably do 4.3~4.4 pretty good 4.5+ takes top notch boards and cooling on most Haswell chips, some chips aren't capable of that high at all so it doesn't matter.
As far as better parts, there is really only one better processor the 4770k, its $100 more, won't really help for gaming much at all, if you do lots of things that could use more than 4 threads (aren't many that exist today) it might be better but in most people's lives the difference wouldn't add up to zero over the span of the next 2 years.

As for the board that is an okay one but not the best in the world for OCing... It will do whatever you need it to do unless you want to push your OC to the edge. Its a $100 board, again for $100 more (go figure) the Asus Maximus Hero is probably the best board there is. It will OC like a beast and has great onboard sound. Kind of all comes down to budget with that.

A completely different option, would be to get an FX8320/99X or FX990 board. This option would be a bit cheaper but not as quick in 90% of applications that exist today. If things do become more threaded this number would shrink drastically. No idea which way computing will go from here.

Say I Wanted To Overclock In A Few Years To About 4.5ghz For Example, Would That Board Do The Job?
