Hello,

I am not a serious gamer i have a720p 32" display, with no plan of upgrading and i want to play bf3 and later on warfighter.

I dont really care about ultra settings and such i just want a smooth game and not have to upgrade my gpu every time i get a new game
i am looking at the 560ti 1gb would this be sufficient.. budget is tight.. no more than $120.

I already upgraded my cpu and i know i will need a different power supply. just need a point in the right direction with the card.

Thanks Nick

edit: or what about the EVGA GeForce GTX 650 SUPERCLOCKED 1024MB?
This is all very confusing...

The 560 ti will beat any 650. Since your resolution is low, a factory overclocked 560 ti should do the job. (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, EVGA. etc). You could even get away with the 1GB model although if you spot a 2GB one for a decent price get that.

Thanks for the reply, in my confused state i put the wrong numbers.. i actually ment the 550ti.. the 560ti's a a little out of my price range :-( Or maybe even the HD 7750.

Right now i have NVIDIA GeForce GT 520... so anything would pretty much be an upgrade..

I could possibly stretch to the 560 but even that would be a push..

I am so utterly confused right now its unbelievable...

Can you tell me if any of these gpu's would fit on this motherboard... "N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix)"

Thanks for you help.. i really do appreciate a push in the right direction.

Ok.. i have made my decision and my wife has let me spend a little more so i am going for this:)

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Mini-HDMI-Graphics-02G-P3-1469-KR/dp/B0050I1PI8/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1351115916&sr=1-3&keywords=graphics+card

I just want to check one thing, if someone would be kind enough to help.

The specs for my mobo say i have these Expansion Slots:

1 PCI Express x16 slot for graphics card
3 PCI Express x1 slots
1 PCI Express x1 minicard slot

The specs for the 560 say i need a PCI-Express 2.0...

So will my Mobo support this card..

Thank you

Edit: answered my own question i think.
